【数据猿导读】 Tencent Officially Launches Self-developed Vector Database for Large Model Training

On July 4, Tencent Cloud officially released its AI native vector database Tencent Cloud VectorDB, which can be widely used for training, inference and knowledge base supplementation of large models and is the first domestic vector database that provides full lifecycle AI from access layer, computation layer to storage layer. According to the introduction, Tencent Cloud VectorDB supports up to 1 billion vector retrieval scale with millisecond latency control, which is 10 times higher than the traditional standalone plug-in database retrieval scale, and has the peak capacity of millions of queries per second.
